What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the fields you fill in: name, phone, optional email, address, home details, the service you want, scheduling preferences, add-ons, and notes. We also store how you prefer to be contacted.
If you arrive from an ad or another site, we may store the campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), the referring page, and the first page you opened. Those values stay in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, and they are copied into the request when you submit the form. We do not use them to build an advertising profile.
The server may see your IP address long enough to slow down repeated form posts. The IP address is not saved on the lead.
Why we collect it
We use the request to decide whether we can clean the home, to contact you, to prepare a quote, and to schedule only after you confirm. We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party ads on this site.
Where it is stored
Leads are stored in a private Postgres database (Supabase) when that service is configured. Access is limited to Scrub Club through a password-protected dashboard. The database is not open to the public anon key. If you are looking at a local copy of the site without that database, requests are saved in a file on that machine instead.
Optional spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and optional site measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics) run only when their tokens are configured. They are not advertising cookies. If they are not configured, those scripts are not added to the page.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for as long as we need them to quote, schedule, and handle follow-up. Call (862) 295-8218 if you want a request corrected or deleted and we will handle it.
Payments and accounts
This site does not take payment and does not create a customer account. Do not send card numbers in the notes.
Children
The site is for adults arranging cleaning for a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
